Travel guarantee

When you book a package trip with Studentresor, you're protected by the insolvency protection and liability insurance arranged by the company organising the trip, Student Life d.o.o. — in accordance with the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Croatian tourism law.

Who you're booking with

Studentresor.se is a trading name of Student Life d.o.o., a registered Croatian limited liability company (d.o.o.) and package travel organiser based in Split, Croatia (OIB 03022694014). As an EU-based organiser, we're subject to EU package travel rules as implemented in Croatian law.

Insolvency protection (travel guarantee)

We hold insolvency protection with Generali osiguranje d.d. The protection covers payments for travel services that are not provided because of our insolvency. If insolvency affects a trip that has already begun, it also covers repatriation and, where necessary, accommodation before repatriation.

Liability insurance

We also hold separate liability insurance with Generali osiguranje d.d. It covers damage we may be liable for as a result of non-performance, partial performance or improper performance of our obligations under a package travel contract. Policy number: P13-1020288541.

Private travel insurance

The protections above cover our obligations as the operator. They don't replace private travel insurance, which we strongly recommend to cover medical care abroad, lost luggage, accidents or cancellation for personal reasons.
